Welcome to 'Wansbeck etc'. It simply provides a platform for me to publish some of the pictures that I and other people have taken of the models I produce for my own enjoyment. If you have happened upon this blog purely by chance then the pictures above are of a 2mm scale model railway called Wansbeck Road. These two pictures were taken by me during the preparation of an article for what is without doubt the leading model railway magazine in the British Isles, Model Railway Journal.

An exhibitor at Spalding suggested this was worth looking at-he was right.
Cannot believe this is 2mm scale-where are the big plastic couplings!
